I wrote a science Fiction book about a kid who switches minds with his dog.
“he tried to pull the covers off of whom ever it was but he just saw a paw” this is one of my favorite lines in my book, because it is just about to tell you that his machine really did work!
In english we recently had to write a science fiction story. i really enjoyed writing this. My favorite part is when Alice is upset because she walked a long way in her brand new shoes. This part has a lot of description. But here read for yourself….
Just then Edward bent himself in half and stuck his hand into the ground. “Click” He turned his hand and opened a large rusty door. The screach it made was like nails on a chalkboard.
“Here We go. But be careful the steps are hard to see in this dim light.”
We crawled down the mud caked steps into the unknown.
“Hey Jaz, do you remember where the light switch is?”
“Yeah, right over here.” Jasper walks warily over to a wall, I think then “snap” a light flickers on. I now see why he was so careful, junk is everywhere!
“Jesse! Someone is a packrat!” Alice manages to laugh out.
“Yeah but this stuff is like from the ‘70’s. It’s so cool!” Jasper squealed.
He must have something wrong with him. It was pure junk!
“Wow this is what you two “had” to show us? Just a room full of junk?” Alice was mad. She walked all this way I her brand new stilettos.
